When will my order ship?
Each Daïa piece is packed with intention and care. Because we currently process everything manually, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed. We’ll email you with tracking info as soon as it’s on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we are only shipping within the U.S. and Europe. But we’re working on expanding! Let us know where you’d like to see Daïa next by emailing us at hello@fromdaia.com
Can I change my order?
Since we ship manually, there’s a small window to make changes. If you need to update your shipping info or cancel an order, email us at hello@fromdaia.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best.

How big are the scarves?
Each scarf’s size is listed on its product page. Most of our current collection features 70cm x 70cm square scarves, perfect for wearing as a headwrap, necktie, bag accessory, or even a cute top.
How should I care for my scarf?
We recommend hand washing your scarf in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying it flat to dry. For best results, iron on low heat with a cloth barrier. Treat it like a story—softly.
